So glad you’re here

I’m Jessie

Right now, I'm looking for a team that takes both the work and the people seriously. Somewhere where the ambition is real, the collaboration is genuine, and the mission is worth evangelizing.

I'm a strategy and AI enablement professional, and prior to completing my MBA in December 2025, I was at T-Mobile for Business as a Principal Strategist — where I led enterprise transformation, built connected vehicle programs with global OEMs, and redesigned business systems and partnership strategies from the ground up.

What I bring is the ability to hold complexity without losing clarity. I've worked across 200+ stakeholder environments, presented to C-suite executives, and translated messy technical realities into decisions that move organizations forward. I don't just build the strategy — I stay until it lands.

What I Bring

Vision & Strategy

I set the direction and stay until it lands. At T-Mobile, I owned some of the most complex post-merger infrastructure challenges the organization faced — building the strategic roadmaps, the business cases, and the executive consensus that turned ambiguous problems into funded decisions. I've counseled SVPs and VPs, presented to C-suite, and operated as the person senior leaders call when the stakes are highest.

AI Enablement & Digital Transformation

Enterprises don't struggle to find AI — they struggle to scale it responsibly, align leadership around it, and translate it into decisions that stick. That's the work I'm built for. I bring the strategic fluency to help organizations move from experimentation to enterprise-wide execution — building the roadmaps, governance frameworks, and stakeholder alignment that turn AI ambition into accountable, measurable progress.

Executive Alignment & Stakeholder Leadership

I am a bridge-builder — creating alignment across institutions, functions, and disciplines where others see gridlock.

I manage complexity across large, cross-functional stakeholder environments, deliver executive-facing narratives that move decisions forward, and secure organizational commitment through strategic partnership and trust. I show up as an evangelist for the mission and a liaison across every level of leadership until the path forward is clear.

I’m a problem solver, building with purpose and clarity.

I'm a bridge between human behavior, technology, and corporate strategy — and that thread has been consistent across every role I've held.

It started with a Master's in Neurophysiology and Development, followed by a deliberate pivot into engineering. What became clear early is that technical solutions only work when you truly understand the people using them and the business problems they're trying to solve. That insight drove everything that came after — years at T-Mobile as a Principal Strategist translating complex post-merger infrastructure into funded strategic roadmaps, and facilitating executive briefings for Fortune 500 CTOs at the Executive Briefing Center in Bellevue. The visibility I earned there made me want to master the financial and corporate frameworks behind the macro decisions I was watching executives make — and that's what brought me to Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, where I graduated as a Dean's Scholar in the first cohort to specialize in AI for Business.

Now I'm looking for a role where technical execution and high-level strategy live under one roof — and where the work actually moves people forward.

Background

Values

Empowering Others

Great leaders don't just set the direction — they clear the path. My leadership philosophy starts with people: understanding what they need to do their best work, removing the obstacles in their way, and building the structure that lets them thrive. I help senior leaders define northstar visions, build the roadmap, and communicate goals and wins with clarity and consistency.

I try my very best to hold the standard of excellence — not from a distance, but by modeling it every day. When things get hard, I stay steady. When people are truly empowered, the results speak for themselves.

Human Connection & Trust

Relationships are not a distraction from work — they are what make work sustainable. I extend trust before it's earned and believe humor and genuine human connection are what hold teams together when things get hard. The best teams I've been part of laughed together as much as they executed together.

Failure Is the Best Teacher

“Your greatest successes are embedded within your most notable failures”.

Setbacks exist for your comebacks. Resilience isn't built in comfort — it's built through challenge, reflection, and the willingness to keep going anyway. Accountability builds more trust than claiming perfection alone ever could.

Data as a Compass,
Discernment as Greater

Sound decisions require sound data — but data alone doesn't lead. I use analytics to discern patterns, surface the real problem beneath the presenting one, and bring wise direction to ambiguous situations. Numbers tell you what happened. Judgment tells you what to do next.

AI as an Enabling Technology—People are the Point

I embrace AI into every workflow and believe every organization has a responsibility to provide AI literacy, training, and role evolution for their people. AI has the potential to increase productivity, create entirely new categories of work, and expand human freedom — if we plan for it intentionally. The disruption is real. The opportunity is greater. At its core, AI is a tool — only as powerful as the humans who wield it wisely. The answer to uncertainty isn't fear. It's preparation, leadership, and a commitment to bringing people along.

I'm happiest outdoors — hiking with my dogs, finding a spot by the water, or getting my hands in the garden. Travel is where I do my best thinking. It's the most honest way I know to expand your perspective, get uncomfortable, and come back sharper.

France stopped me in my tracks. The artistry and craftsmanship behind everyday consumer goods — from fashion to food to fragrance — made me curious about the international business behind it all. So much of the world's luxury and consumer goods originate in Europe, and I wanted to understand the infrastructure that makes that possible.

Interests

That curiosity led me to pursue an Inside LVMH Certificate in Creation & Branding and Operations & Supply Chain. Beyond the business strategy, what's stayed with me is their philosophy around sustainability — their commitment to biodiversity, ethical sourcing, and preserving natural resources through a cyclical approach to production. It's a model for how large-scale enterprise and genuine stewardship can coexist.
